"The crew quickly managed the demolition work of the old deck. We opted for composite decking for the new deck. For safety, a set of stairs was added to the new design. A pergola was also added. We are very with the work and the final product."

"Our first contact with using Sears was when we purchased a furnace/AC unit from them.  The contractor they sent out did an outstanding job, even fixing some of the duct work that had been improperly installed when the house was built.

So, when we decided to have the kitchen remodeled (floor, countertops, backsplash), we chose Sears even though their price was a little higher.  The selection wasn't as great as some, but they had what we wanted, and it was good quality. 

Again, the contractors sent out to do the work were outstanding. Their work was high quality, and their manner professional.
Our only complaint was our "project manager", who was a Sears employee, didn't do much managing.  It took quite a few phone calls on our part to keep the project going and find out what was going to happen when."
