I can't emphasize how impressed we were with the high quality workmanship of the kitchen. The design was beautiful, making our kitchen much more functional. The carpenters, who are full time employees--not contractors, were amazing. They were top-notch from the tear-out to the electrical and plumbing and finally to the installation of the new cabinets was exceptional. Our timeline was extended because of horrible winter weather. but the guys worked on Saturdays to try to catch up.  The owners of Creative Kitchens listened to any concerns we had and came up with solutions that pleased us. Overall and outstanding company.

The quality of their work, the attention that the designer paid to the work that I wanted done made me hire them back. They are very responsive. They do great quality work. It took a little longer than I thought, but there are just some things that can't be ordered until half through the job. It's a little expensive, but you get what you pay for.

I called the sales person who designed my kitchen and told her what I wanted. In a couple of days the installer came out and measured the cabinet so they could order the trays. The trays
came in in about a week and the installer returned and installed them.

Arrived on agreed time and completed in 8 working days. On third work day the granite counter tops were installed as scheduled.
All electrical and plumbing work was completed. An additional outlet was installed in kitchen and dimmer switch for overhead lights.
Also had powder room counter top changed with same granite as the kitchen. The work area was straightened each day. The trash was removed by Creative Kitchens. The designer changed before the job started. I met with 2nd designer, Heather, on 2 occasions at the Kanawha City store to review the products. Heather was very patient while I pondered the choices. I did stay with the original plan and products and I am very pleased with the final product.

They were about a week late starting the job, but called a few days in advance to let me know. Once they started they arrived early each morning and worked hard all day. Each evening they cleaned up the days mess and hauled away waste.
The workmen were all very courteous. Several times during thr project the project manager stopped by to check the progress. He also came once the job was completed.
The designer also came by a couple of times and called a few weeks later to see if we were satisfied.
A couple of adjustments had to be made and they took care of them promptly.

We met several time with the designer before we decided on the plan. She came to our house before the project began and several times during construction. The project manager was here several times checking on the status of the project and came back after it was completed.
The workman were here every day on time and worked feverishly to get the job done. I was very impressed with the fact that they cleaned up very well every day before they left and all the debrie was hauled away daily.
One of the cabinets did not fit and it was reordered immediately and came in timely. A couple of adjustments had to be done and were taken care of in a timely manner.
Everyone we worked with was considerate and anxious to please us.
I have since contacted them for a couple of enhancements to the cabinets and had the same great service.
They ran about a week behind schedule, but it was not unreasonable.
