We had the work done in May and they are still keeping my money as of August. If they change the work order do not pay the full amount unless you get a new contract. I made the mistake of trusting them."

The work crew Salem, Brandon, Jeremy and Ricky did a great job and were very courteous, diligent, and professional during this project. Even the neighbors walking by commented how courteous the work crew was. Even though this was the first time this team had installed a large block retaining wall, they did an excellent job completing the work and ensuring the excavation, drainage, installation, backfill, and final grading were completed per the Geotechnical Engineers design. The foreman Jacob even moved a couple of small trees for us at the beginning of the project which is much appreciated! The amount of work required was extensive, being both inside and out, They paid a great deal of time and effort to assure the work was done right. He also consulted with me every step of the way to assure things were done to my satisfaction (ie. color selection, landscaping options, material selection). The cost was fair for the work that needed to be done, and if you consider the high quality of the work, the price was very reasonable. I was offered options to modify the cost along the way. This was one of best experiences I have ever had with a contractor that had to do significant work."

I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"
