You keep raising our goals so we bring the company in more money but no matter what we still make the same amount. If our goal is 30k and we hit 100% to goal we still make the same amount as if our goal is 50k and hit 100% to goal. We are working harder and bringing in the company more money but are not making more. It is not motivating.

"Amazing. I used Jeff and his crew for my work and to move me from one house to another. For the first job they disassembled office cubicles and moved them then re assembled. They hauled off large desks and random equipment in storage. Personally I used them to move me in my new home. Safes, deep freezers and everything heavy I didn’t want to move. "How did it go? It went terrific! Three men showed up, backed up to my side entrance, and the ramp went half way up my stairs. Genius! The guys were the nicest individuals you could possibly meet.
