"Jim the owner is Absolutely Amazing! We purchased a beautiful home and found out the previous owners sold because the well was bad. (New in 17') 4 times in 5 years this home sold & we didn't know of this till after closing! We didn't know how we'd get water to the property. The local fire dept brought water to the home previously. I contacted the Mayor who was awear of the issue and he tried helping as well as the utility commission in Charleston. We thought we would have to pay to bring water in twice a week. We are also hooked to a neighboring spring that wasn't producing either. I was panicking!
