I have been waiting for almost a year to hear back from them after speaking with the rep who told me I was on their list of people to service. I make repeated calls and they never pick up. Left e-mails. I think they don't want to come this far out any more. I'm hoping this feedback gets their attnetion.

Jim was super professional and extremely knowledgeable. Being in the business for 30 years really showed. His skilled work turned our sink into a clean water generating machine in no time. He was very clear on expectations, reasonable priced, and even took his shoes off coming into our house. We are looking forward to having him back in the future to do the rest of our home. Highly recommended!

Jim and Holly are absolutely amazing! They are number one in customer service! Jim came right out and told me what I needed. They were both very responsive to my concerns. They go above and beyond for their customers. They treat them like family. They have the best price and interest free financing.

Jim the owner is Absolutely Amazing! We purchased a beautiful home and found out the previous owners sold because the well was bad. (New in 17') 4 times in 5 years this home sold & we didn't know of this till after closing! We didn't know how we'd get water to the property. The local fire dept brought water to the home previously. I contacted the Mayor who was awear of the issue and he tried helping as well as the utility commission in Charleston. We thought we would have to pay to bring water in twice a week. We are also hooked to a neighboring spring that wasn't producing either. I was panicking! I found Royal Water searching the internet and explained the issue to them. Jim was eating dinner when i called, he was at our home in 20 min helping us! Jim the owner had hope, lots of knowledge, & expertise. He felt in our area we had a slow well that just didn't produce much at once and not to give up. I was still panicking! We invested in 2 holding tanks equaling a 1000gal of water, a great pump, 2 high tech pump regulators for well & spring and a state of the art water treatment system. We went from having to have water brought to us to now having 1000gal of water in our home at all times. Jim is AMAZING! He's continued to help us with all questions. This is a true family business that cares about their customers and doesn't over charge. His prices beat all others. Call him, you won't be disappointed and you certainly won't be taken advantage of!

He was very considerate and worked with my son and me to make sure what to do, what was wrong, how to fix it. Very polite, pleasant natured, respectful. Will follow up with him with any future water treatment needs.

This is a very honest company. I have hired them twice in 2 locations. In my old house they successfully fixed the system that was already there. Other companies would not attempt to fix it up and wanted to charge high rates to install a new system When we moved to our new home we had a new system put in. NO more rust! Great water! Fair prices! Very responsible company and excellent service. Jim gets an A++ from us.

The service technician that was assigned, Jim Wright , was excellent, helpful, informative and very polite. He was able to walk me through step by step so that I know how our system is set up and how to maintain our system. I would gladly recommend this company and Mr. Wright.

They were very informative in helping me to pick the water system that i needed. They arrived on time, explained how the equipment worked and showed us how to program it and do minor repairs if needed. They were open to questions and could be reached easliy.

I purchase the house a year and half ago. They came and checked out eh water system, they sat with me and said that it needed a new system. Everything they did was perfect. If I had any question I could call and they would call right back. I love them.
