"I contacted him the evening before and he arrived the next morning.  I watched from beginning to end.  I'm a die-hard DIY'er and know that some jobs I'm best asking someone with experience to do.   First, he secured the flange, which is something I wouldn't have thought to do.  Second, before setting the toilet, he measured 12" from the wall to the bolts which, again, is something I wouldn't have known to do.  Finally, as he's setting the toilet, he was able to feel how well the toilet was "secured" to the wax-ring, which is something I couldn't have known.  Well done job at a fair price.

"The gentlemen were very polite and respectful. They came out the same day for an emergency (a severely clogged drain), which was very much appreciated. However, the problem was not solved, despite assurances that it was. A second company came out and found a piece of an old plumbing snake that had somehow been stuck in the pipe, which was causing the clog. The second company believed that the piece should have been able to be detected (and removed) by Sewer & Drain Specialists during the first check, as it was very large. I am not a plumber, so I can only go by what they tell me. I hate leaving anything but glowing reviews, but it is also important to note when things don't go quite so well, to hopefully avoid the same problem in the future, as it did end up costing double what it should have to fix the problem and almost a week of extra time without working toilets/showers/etc."

"Fast service -I called on Friday and they came on Monday. The first thing they did that impressed me was that they took off their shoes before entering the house. They fixed my toilet, replaced the shut off valve, and then they put back (without being asked to do so) the shelving unit that I had moved to another room so it would be out of their way. One thing anyone not living in Clarksburg should know, is that they do charge for going to another city.
