About the work: We had water damage from a leaky pipe, and shower drain in our downstairs bathroom. We hired a local plumbing company to replace our whole house plumbing. After the plumbing was done, we were left with a half open wall of rotted studs, and floor plate on one side, and cutouts in the drywall on ceiling, and one other wall. Jason replaced the wall plate, and repaired the studs. Patched, and replaced the drywall. Installed wall tile, new toilet and vanity. There is no way to cut drywall without making dust, but you can reduce the amount of dust and especially the dangerous airborne particles by using manual cutting tools. Using a utility knife to score and snap your drywall will minimize dust production, and a jab saw for cutting cutouts for boxes and fixtures will generate almost no airborne dust.
