"We had a storm come through and knock down a piece or fascia from our roof. I contacted Castillo Renovations at 7pm on a Thursday and he the gentleman was at my house by 11am the next day! He gave me a quote, completed the work and explained everything to me up front. He was very courteous, did good work and I will definitely be using their service in the future "

"We hired this company to paint our home interior and tp repair area of our walls and ceilings where the tape had separated from the drywall. Seemed very personal and knowledgeable but as the job progressed, we realized that the experience level was not satisfactory. Mr. Salvador assured us that he would make the repairs needed. He made excuses for why he couldn?t repair the areas that we asked him to repair. He missed painting specific areas and got paint all over areas that should not have been painted, moldings, pot lights, etc. They didn?t double edge before painting and some areas didn?t have enough paint to cover the color that was there before they began painting. We ended up paying him and reflected that we were glad it was over. Then, we repainted and re-edged most of the areas that he painted. They left paint splatters on our hardwood floors and cabinets and didn?t clean up afterwards as they said they would do. We would never hire this business again. "

The ACC work crews, including carpenters, roofers, and gutter specialists, were highly skilled and experienced. Yanni Agouridis, our project consultant, was extremely helpful in working out the details of the engagement at the outset. Blase Skully, project supervisor and quality assurance manager, was always available to answer many questions and provide advice as we refined the scope of work and the project progressed. Brackens Painting LLC is currently a small business in that it employs less than 12 painters at one time. We have the ability to meet almost any schedule/timetable. We are clean neat and will leave no problem not solved. We accept checks, cash and credit cards. Soon we will offer home improvement loan financing. We do not Sub-contract to any painters. In some cases we do sub contract to drywall finishers and those contractors provide proof of insurance before work is started. Proof of licensing and insurance available upon request.

"From the initial phone call requesting an estimate to the final walk through, Brackens Painting did a fantastic job in our new home. Kevin and his crew of four arrived on time and immediately started the job. The whole team was a pleasure to work with. They were reliable, they protected our furniture and floors and did a professional job. Even with a foyer that had a 20 foot ceiling they were able to safely paint the walls and ceiling. After the job was over they cleaned up after themselves and the only thing they left was a professional looking job. I would highly recommenced Kevin and his team if you want a job done on time on budget and looks great. We'll be calling them back for additional work we want done."
