"Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. Once somebody actually did speak with me, they were very responsive. They were pretty professional when I spoke to them. I just think that they were light on manpower."

" In order to complete to layout design I submitted a drawing of the room as well as a series of photos. The website for Homemade design has a questionaire what helps define your overall tastes in design. I joined Pinterest and started boards for furniture, lighting, bookshelves which were reviewed. Homemade design comes to New York periodically to meet with clients not in the Boston area and this gave us a chance to meet and select furniture and upholstery at the New York Design center. This is an extra charge but well worth it since I was completely overwhelmed. They were extremely patient and guided me through the process. At one point I decided to move the television which turned out to be a bad idea -- they explained why it would not worked and I concurred competely after I understood the reasons. So, they are not afraid to tell you if you going down the wrong road. I live in a New York City townhouse and forget that I do not have a whol lot of space even though my house is huge for NYC. So, I had to be told how to "scale" everything to the space we had to work with, which was helpful I purchased the service several months ago but was not ready to actually decide on the actual purchases until recently. So, the delay in completion is because of my schedule. I now hope to finish everything by September. "
"First off, thanks to Rocco, owner of company, for working around my crazy work hours, rotating morning, afternoon, nights, as I do all 3 shifts at my job. Very considerate he was. Highly recommended this company for all your home construction needs!!!! Rocco initially performed an evalution inspection of scope size of my bath job. He was super knowledgeable and thorough. I was impressed. I then compared between 3 estimates and since Rocco was squared away, knowledgeable and first back to me with estimate, he stole the job right away. Approx 50 hours on my jobsite was put in. Rocco first stripped 3 walls of old wallpaper, then smoothed, mudded, sanded, cured walls, followed by 2 coats of Kilz primer, 2 coats of paint to finish the walls and ceiling. Did paint 2 bath doors as well. Great finished paint texture. He kept clean throughout. Next, he removed old ceiling fan exhaust and installed new fan with a light on it. Inspected attic as well. Then removed 2 old hanging vanity lights on chains & hooks. Filled ceiling, wall holes with mud, sanded painted over to match rest room. He then installed subfloor plywood and topped floor with vinyl 12" x 12" adhesive tiles. For added securing, he used tile glue as well. Next, he lined baseboard trim molding, all pieces cut to fit. Rocco suggested beautiful wainscoting on 3 walls and then installed that and finished wall trim around top & corners. Again, cutting to fit. Caulking around all molding, trim, shower base, etc, was very neat and done well. Rocco then removed and disguarded my old sink with vanity, and old 2 piece toilet. Next, he installed new vanity cabinets topped then with new sink. He caulked sink top securely to walls & vanity. He installed all plumbing, valves, water lines and sink faucet. Ensured no leakage as well. Next, he installed new one piece toilet with new water line and valve. I was pleased when Rocco also removed electric baseboard heater, dissembled heater sections and spray painted all heater pieces to match room. Lastly, Rocco installed 2 new light/fan switches and GFI outlet. Followed by installing beautiful nickel finish 3 lamp vanity light fixture over and centered over sink. Final touch was the installation of a heavy vanity mirror, secured and centered over sink to my liking!! Was so happy with that light fixture and mirror and Rocco's attention to details installing both. All throughout Rocco and I kept good communications and Rocco was very considerate, laid back and added timely ideas and suggestions. He replied immediately to all my calls, emails, and texts. I take away his company is very professional and highly capable of major house construction work. So happy and very pleased with Falcone Construction Inc. Thanks Bro!!! "
"I sent the money and dimensions in in November 2011. She responded back very quickly, informed me that she was very busy and wouldn't be able to start on my project for a couple of weeks. I actually responded that that was fine. After a month or so with no contact, i emailed. She emailed right back, apologized and asked for some more measurements. I sent them. Didn't hear anything, when in response to inquiry, she asked again for living room measurements-- that was Feb. 3rd. On Feb. 20th, I emailed and asked for timeline. She responded back the next day with 3 designs asking for my preference. I emailed back on the 22nd of Feb with my preference. On March 16th, I inquired again as to timeline for completion.Two weeks later she sent a concept board with some furnishings. No window coverings or lights were suggested. Three were multiple rugs with no direction of which one for each room. All and all, not a pleasant experience. I suspect I could have gotten better service using Pottery Barn's free design service (especially since most of the furnishings came from there.)"

"I hired Chuck to help restore and paint my 110 year old home. This house was no small project as it is four stories high, includes 3 dormers, and had an ugly peeling paint job all over. Not only that but I wasn't sure what colors I wanted to use. I was very lucky to get Chuck and his crew. I've dealt with several contractors who do okay work but I could tell Chuck had a passion for helping me restore my home. He gave me several suggestions out of the Benjamin Moore catalogue of historical colors where I found a set I really liked. He had about a 4wk lead time until he was ready to start my home and during this he gave all sorts of tips on how to do some work myself and even bought me the supplies (Duramax paint, rollers, buckets, 5 in 1 tool) his crew would use so I could do some DIY. This helped me immensely and I got a good bit of work done. He showed up when he said he would begin the job and he and his crew worked tirelessly for nine days straight. This included a lot of scraping and prep work, some wood repair for damaged clapboards, painting my gutters and down spouts, and extensive caulking of the siding and around every window (20+ widows on the house). They put 50+ tubes of caulk into my home to seal it and they had to rent a lift to reach the dormers and top of the house. There were times when those guys worked 8am to 8pm. These guys spent a lot of time on the prep to get the surface right and a lot of time around each window to seal it properly. The end result was beautiful restored home. Chuck did extras for me as well including fixing my antique front door, added a new front and rear porch light that looked historical to match the house, reattached a fallen gutter, and added a long horizontal board along the bottom which not only protected some of the weaker clapboard but also was a good aesthetic choice. More over my house has a lot of trim and Chuck had the idea to paint some trim the body color so there were less lines overall and it really looks amazing. The bottom line is Chuck has been doing this for a long time and has a lot of experience and it really shows. His crew was solid and worked very hard. They didn't just do the minimum but added some nice details and extras and having someone that cares about their work goes a long way. They cleaned up nice and we had no disputes about labor or payment. I would personally rehire them for additional work and would also highly recommend them for future jobs."
