For projects up to $500, payment for services due on completion of project. Projects >$500 require downpayment and remainder due on completion of project. QPM will work with potential clients who would like to invest sweat equity in their project(s). QPM is LICENSED w/Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor Certification and INSURED.
