Entire job went well with only one small area on siding that was still slightly dirty due to dog laying up against siding.

Really well. 2nd time i've used this company. First time had my siding cleaned as well as power washing underside of a balcony. So glad i found ViewRenew. Will be calling them for work at least once a year now. No more climbing up the big ladder which can be scary so it's well worth the money, which is a very reasonable price for what is done. Have high regard for the owner, Garrett Pfarr and his staff. Will be recommending this company to everyone i know. Wish i had known of them sooner!

we have a two story home with multiple roof angles in the woods, lots of leaves! despite the unexpected snow they came and did as much as they could despite the weather and came back and finished the job. The inside of our house also has multiple second story triangle windows as well as skylights and they were able to get it all. Courteous, on time, will hire again.

Scheduling was easy. He did a fantastic job on both the house exterior and windows. He removed all moss and stains from the siding - it really looks great! Windows hadn’t been cleaned in a few years so they were pretty dirty. He removed all dirt, grime, bugs, cobwebs, etc so they really sparkle now.

Garrett responded promptly to our request for an estimate, gave us a very reasonable price, and showed up with all the equipment he needed. He was fast, efficient, and friendly, and even took time to advise us about some matters that while not part of his services he was able to make helpful suggestions for related contractors. We have signed up with him for future work and are happy to recommend him wholeheartedly. [For privacy purposes we are not showing our address in our review and have listed it as the "provider's location" which of course is not correct... We hope Angie's List might provide an option for suppressing our address in a review.]

I just had my house siding pressure washed by Garrett Pfarr last Thursday. What a difference it made! The north side of my siding was full of algae and now looks like new. No more spiderwebs in the corners and eaves either. It was very easy to contact Garrett and schedule an appointment, great communication throughout the process. Very professional job, everything clean and tidy before he left. Highly recommend this business!

Great, professional service from the owner, Garrett. House had mildew build up on the siding. Looks great now that it was cleaned. Also cleaned my concrete patio which now looks new, what a difference. Highly recommend.

All the work was done very well and no mess was left. I will hire him again and will also recommend him to others.

It went very well. Garrett and Mark were punctual, took off their shoes, and started working right away. Garrett showed my the reverse osmosis water system he uses to clean and explained it's use. He was very professional and the quality of work was fantastic.

This was the second time that I used this company for gutter cleaning. I was very pleased with their work the first time but not as happy with it this time. This time, I received an email from the owner asking if I wanted to schedule any services. I responded to that email saying that I did want to schedule services, but no one ever replied to my email. Several weeks later, I received a phone message asking if I wanted to schedule services (not in reply to my email, just a general message asking if I wanted to schedule something), and I called back and said, again, that I did want to schedule services. I was told, on that call, that View/Renew would do the work I wanted on a certain date, but no one actually showed up on that date, although the owner did contact me to explain that the workers had run out of time and had not been able to make it to my house and immediately rescheduled the work, which I appreciated. When they did the work this year, they left the gutter debris in big garbage bags in front of my garage, while, last time I used them, they hauled the debris away. I understand that it might be more efficient, from the company's perspective, to leave me with the job of disposing of the waste, but, for me, this is a major drawback of using this company for gutter cleaning. All of the other companies I have used for gutter cleaning removed the debris, rather than leaving it in the yard, and this works better for me, since it is difficult for me to lift big bags filled with debris and haul them to the yard waste disposal center. In addition, last time I used View/Renew, they patched some holes that woodpeckers had made in the siding when they cleaned the gutters, so I asked the owner to do that again this time, and we agreed on a price, but, he did not actually patch the holes this time. I think there may have been a miscommunication on this point, as he said that he didn't do the work because I didn't supply the patching materials, while, last time, he just used materials he had in his truck. This isn't a big deal except that, now, I have to find someone else to do this work, and it will be much more expensive to have someone else come to my house, just to patch the holes, rather than just adding this small task to the gutter cleaning. I would have appreciated it if the owner had made it clearer, in advance, that he was not going to do this work, as I would not have used ViewRenew, had I known this. I would, instead, have used the company that I used last year because that company cleaned the gutters, patched the holes (without any additional charge) and also hauled away the debris, all for a single, flat price.
