Apple Store - Mayfair

I had my iPad 3rd Generation for about 6 months when I started to notice a yellowing over the bottom quarter of the screen. I made an appointment with the Genius Bar and stopped in at my scheduled time. I did have to wait about 15 minutes past my scheduled time but nothing that I would complain about - besides they have plenty of toys to look at while you wait.
Once the and quot;Geniusand quot; was available, he talked with me about the issue and looked the iPad over. He played with it for a few minutes and said I'm not sure I see it but if you say it's there, then I believe you and handed me a new iPad. We turned it on, confirmed that the screen was better and I was on my way. All in all, it was about 30 minutes total, 15 minutes waiting and 15 minutes doing the swap. I had expected much worse as has become customary, but Apple definitely aims to please!

They are teaching me to use my computer from A-Z. I have had four lessons so far. They make sure you get a different teacher each time. They feel you will learn more if you have different teachers. For a year's worth of lessons it cost me $100. I like the lessons. I tried to reach the manager twice and could not. Sometimes they are good and sometimes they are not. I didn't pay for the computer; it was a gift.
