"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. I am back to write more about Imperial Surveillance!!! We're still working with them!  Garrett and Dan have been able to accomplish any task we've thrown at them!  Up to date, they've done Key FOB/door access control systems, security cameras, door buzzers, IP cameras, analog cameras and alarms!  I can't say enough about their prompt service and great customer relation skills!  Did I forget to mention the best "bang for your buck"?!  I wish all companies treated their customers the way Imperial Surveillance does!   Don't think twice about using these guys!"
