Just Pro Garage Doors

13 months after home warranty work done garage springs broke again. Refused any remedy except paying full price for more expensive springs. Not recommended for home warranty work, customer service is lackluster at best

Extremely friendly and professional. Gave me tips on how to extend the longevity of my garage door. Any further garage door issues, I will be calling them. Theyâ re a family business and Iâ m happy to support them.

Ramon replaced garage door and installed garage door opener at our daughter's home for us., which he actually did a day sooner than anticipated. We also had him replace garage door springs and rollers at our home. From the first phone call on he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very professional. All charges were exactly as quoted. He was on time and very efficient Both jobs were done in a extremely timely matter, and very professionally done. It was a pleasure doing business with him. My spring broke on my garage door opener. I called Just Pro Garage Door and made an appointment with Ramon for the next day. Ramon arrived when he indicated he would and was very knowlegible and professional. Great service!

In September 2020 wee had 3 beautiful doors installed but the trim wasnt finished and two arent closing properly. We paid in full, a mistake. Weve called numerous times and theres always an excuse resulting in no solution. We will probably have to hire another company to complete the project. Disappointed.

I called Ramon in the morning and he and was here in the afternoon exactly when he said he would be. Diagnosed the issue, replaced the faulty springs, tuned up the garage door (replaced rollers and cables), and made sure the limits on the opener were programmed properly. This is the first time I had any contact with Just Pro Garage Doors. It turned out that my problem was minor and all I really needed was a new remote and some reprogramming - however what struck me was what truly decent guy Ramon is. He was prompt, personable, genuine, professional, reasonable and fair, and he clearly knew his stuff as well. He will be my first choice when I need help in the future and I would recommend him without any reservations.

Ramon called back only a few minutes after I left a message. He was able to swing by as soon as he finished up another job in the area. Work was done the same day I called. The price was reasonable. He had the parts needed on his truck and he inspected the garage door and told me that everything appeared to be in good shape. I would recommend him and I would call him again if I needed any garage door work.
