Kurt's contact person kind of dropped the ball so to speak and led him to believe I chose somebody else to do the job. When Kurt found out this was not the case he had the job done in 2 days on our schedule and work was top notch.

We had an amazing experience with Kurt Raymond. We contacted him to do the flooring for our kitchen, dining room, and living room. After meeting with him, we also decided to hire him to do the installation of our kitchen cabinets, countertops, over the range microwave, and new kitchen sink. Through every step of the way Kurt was there to answer every question we had, and the people who came and worked on our house were professional, friendly, and great at their job. We would hire Kurt Raymond and Associates again, and have referred him to friends and family.

I had a closet remodeled to accommodate my washer and dryer so that they could be brought up from the basement and a walk-in closet added to the back of the bedroom. The owner was pleasant and had some good ideas and suggestions.The price seemed reasonable. However well into the project the work stopped and my attempts to contact them were ignored. The work finally resumed, with the help of HomeAdvisor, and things were eventually satisfactorily resolved. This company has had long-standing very good reviews. Perhaps some extenuating circumstances explain the very frustrating problem that I had with them, but that's not for me to guess at.

They were late everyday for this job. Tried to make us pay for section that they had to redo. Didn't think that was good customer service.

They were polite & cleaned up after themselves.

Kurt, the owner, is a very nice guy and I enjoyed talking to him on the phone before the appointment. He, and an assistant showed up the next day and got the job done. Very courteous and professional. Cleaned up after finishing and even got rid of the old door for me.

The guys who did my floor are nice guys. No issues with Kurt either. Personality wise, i have no complains. The isssue i have is regarding the quality of work plus they left saw dust on my driveway and now i have to clean it.

They are punctual and do an excellent Job.

I hired these people for 3 years. Each year the workmanship and follow-through on promises became worse and worse. I had them for snow removal also. This past snow season was the worst yet. Each time they dug up the lawn and broke branches off my pine trees. I received assurances that in the spring they'd take care of it, but they never did. Very disappointed with service and billing issues. Will NOT recommend any more!
