"Georgiana came to our home with samples of different shades, helped us select the type and color, and measured the windows. She was easy to work with and gave helpful advice. The shades arrived in just a few weeks and were put up by the company's installer. Georgiana arrived during the installation to make sure everything was going well. The shades fit the windows well and look great! When they are folded up, they are not very noticeable and they give good coverage when pulled down. I hope to use Incredible Windows again."

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
