Him and his team went above and beyond to clear out all of the debris in the basement, fully cleaned the basement, and applied mold remediation to the wooden beams. Based on that, we signed a contract. But during the plan review, the project manager said none of that was included and even claimed he?d never heard of it. We were told Matrix doesn't clean, doesn?t tape, and won?t touch any wiring. We'd have to prep everything ourselves?or live with overspray and debris being painted over. I asked to cancel the contract, but Matrix stopped responding. Now we?re stuck with an open contract, out a down payment, and no work done. They won?t reply or resolve it. Avoid Matrix Basements if you want honest, reliable service."
