"I had used Kitchen Savers before to do countertops and sink and was very happy with them, so I did not really consider anyone else for my current remodel at a new place. Savers Kitchen did a much more extensive remodel this time. Kevin spent much time understanding what I wanted and giving suggestions. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. In fact, the cabinet door sample he had with him was exactly what I chose. This remodel included resurfacing cabinets, raising a cabinet, building a new cabinet, quartz countertops, sink and faucet, installing stove hood, backsplash, and 2 large pantry doors. Dave P. did measuring and everything was exactly right. Dave B. did most of the work and did an excellent job. The cabinets are beautiful and I was very impressed with the work he did on the backsplash. He knew how to do everything. The job took a little over 2 weeks. I was out of a sink for 1 day only. They discovered a crack in the new sink, which they told me and got a new one. They had to wait to install pantry doors and a little finish work until I had the kitchen floor installed, which was done by someone else. They promptly came back and finished up. Savers Kitchen was always responsive and have great people to work with. Thank you Savers Kitchen, I love my new kitchen."

"Tim was highly professional and punctual in fact they showed up an hour early. I wasn’t able to be home while Tim was performing the work. But he kept me in the loop the entire time. "I'd give zero stars if I could. Called to get a drip fixed and was told it'd be about a week out, which we decided we could live with. Since this is an active drip, we've been managing by using a bucket and turning the main water valve off when not needing to use water. ON THE DAY OF OUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, they called and said unfortunately another job was running over and they needed to reschedule our service. I figured it'd be the next day or at most 2 days... Nope, they told me it'd be 10 more days before I could be fit in due to their other commercial jobs that they can't change. Had I known I'd be cancelled on day of I could have had a half dozen other plumbers come out. If they can't reliably serve residential customers, then they should be honest or don't schedule them. If you're looking for residential work, DON'T TRUST the scheduling department of this place."
