After Phil came to our home for an estimate on the lawn after hearing we were getting 2 puppies & also needed a chain link fence we had an urgency.Phil gave us a fair estimate he was on time and finished on time. "They made me wait for a week to get an estimate, booked an appointment with a four hour window on a Friday of a Holiday weekend and then failed to show or call. When I called to complain, their concession was to attempt to make me wait another week and hold me hostage with a two hour window. Not acceptable. When are contractors like this going to get their scheduling act together and stop standing working people up? If they don't want to perform free estimates, then don't. This was the only contractor Angie recommended. Dissapointed with them as well. I have a paid membership."
