"Had an unusual repair issue. Had a loose "box" on antenna from past tower internet service. When it was windy, box would bang against antenna. Made sleep impossible with the constant banging. It was zip tied by a previous company....but kept breaking loose. Since antenna was above my bedroom, the constant banging was annoying. Left a message online as to what I needed help with. Wasn't sure they would come out for an "errant box." They called back immediately and had someone out the next day! The repairman arrived early! and took care of the problem. He was polite, courteous and efficient. I live in the country....so there was a significant trip charge. But, the ability to sleep through the night was worth it! I recommend and would use again...."

And I was billed $140.49 from HELLOTECH. I'm still trying to get the $140.49 charge reversed."
