It went very well. They were here on time as promised and got right to work. Although they don't offer floor grout cleaning, they gave me some good pointers on cleaning the grout. The job turned out great and I am happy with the results.

Steve and Sandro were able to fit our job in the same day I called which was very much appreciated! I was worried that the red stains from the previous weekend would never come out if too much time went by. They expertly steamed out and then cleaned with an "Oxy" type agent. It looks great! I will be having them return to clean/restore my front entry slate tile and grout.

Steve was excellent to work with. I live out of state and was arranging for my elderly mother's move out carpet cleaning. She had been living in a retirement center and in that apartment for a year. She uses a walker and the wheels left marks on the carpet. The retirement center called and reported they were very pleased with how clean he got the carpet. He arrived when he said he would and provided the service I asked for. I would have no hesitation in using this service again or reccomending it to someone else.

Excellent - we have no children and no pets but the carpeting in the house is 20 years old and it looks like new after they leave. We also had an upholstered chair cleaned and treated which is also a service they provide. This is a smaller company with the owners coming to do the work and not someone who sat in a 2 hr training class and worked with someone for a day.

Always excellent. I work in property management; carpet & floor cleaning is a constant. I've dealt with companies that are good and less than commendable. Accurate, without question, is always delivers prompt, professional, & cost-effective service. They don't rack up their invoices with tack-on charges, their equipment is well maintained, and they complete work on time. In addition to using their services for large apartment complexes, I use Accurate for my personal cleaning needs - they've beautifully handled 100+ year old wool/silk area rugs and have steam cleaned the interior of my car. AAA service and honest pricing. I only wish my other contractors could match Accurate's level of service.
