After Randy and his team replaced our fiberglass insulation in the crawl space with spray foam, it raised the average air temperature on our first floor by over 15 degrees! I has made a HUGE difference right away and I can’t wait to see the $$ we save on our heating/air conditioning. Paragon Services is fast to respond to messages and phone calls. Randy was able to come out for a quote within a few days we were on the schedule within a week or two. On installation day, the crew was on time and professional. "The gentleman who came and did the energy audit was really outstanding. I have only lived here for a year and half and I have a gas fire place has leaked cold air like there is an open window and my builder has just been refusing to fix. Finally after a second winter of no fireplace I decided to have to repaired. I wanted to have an energy audit done before and then I would decide maybe to sue the builder. When Angelo came from Intec and I told him the story, he said that before the audit, he would tell me what I already knew, that my fireplace was leaking air like an open window, so he suggested that he would come and do the audit after the fireplace was repaired to make sure everything was right. He came, he told me this and he rescheduled to come back a week later. He did a very nice job. My only concern is he told me that he would send me the report, I thought that he told me that I would have the report by the following Thursday, and I have been busy and haven't followed, but I don't expect there to be an issue when I call. There are a couple of things he had suggested that I would have to have insulated better, and I would like to have those fixed. He came when it was originally scheduled and he came a week later, and I had offered additional payment for that, but he said absolutely not. While he was here, he really took time to explain to me in much greater detail than the previous guy. When he talked to me about the couple of areas where there was leakage, I asked if it was possible to have it fixed without going into the roof, so he went into the roof. He was very professional, personable, and thorough. I feel like when I get that report, and the 3 three things that he had told me, if it is something that the company can repair, I am pretty confident that I will use them."

"I am satisfied with the work. He repaired the hole in my drywall, matched the texture and then painted the surface. He gave me a reasonable quote and he was very prompt. He went to sherman williams to get match my drywall paint and charged me quite reasonably. The completed work is very smooth and I am happy with the quality. I will definitely recommend them in the future. If you need to get work done in your drywall, please contact them."

"They did a nice job overall. They had to remove siding outside and blow in the insulation. They also did have to insulate one wall on the inside of the house as it was bricked outside. They drilled holes in the walls to blow in the insulation. They then filled the holes and have them ready for me to prime and paint. They moved the furniture when needed.

The windows did need caulking. The first window they used white caulk instead of clear. They did kinda a messy job , but then completed the job with clear caulk. It was completed nicely."
