We experienced a roof leak less than one year after completing a full roof replacement. Contacted Frontline to correct. After on-site visit and commitment to correct, Frontline did not show up or respond to emails and phone calls. We experienced water damage inside the home. In frustration, we were forced to contact another contractor to complete the work. Contacted Frontline and they committed to reimbursing the cost. Information was provided to them on cost, but we have received no communication on payment. A five year warranty was given on the roof work. A complaint was entered with Better Business Bureau, but no response has been received. Very disappointed with the communication and follow-up.
