Payments are typically half-down upfront in order to purchase supplies for the job, and the remaining balance due at completion. However, this can be negotiated depending on the scope of the work. The business is also involved in sub-contracting and is fully insured.

I am a licensed contractor in general construction. I primarily operate on my own, however I do bring help in when the job requires it.

I am a general contractor with 22 years of experience. I don't just do it all I do it all WELL, and I take my time to make sure that the customer is happy with the end result. I generally work on a half down, half when the job is completed basis, but I will look at each situation individually and determine what is fair to the customer.
