Bob Ogi Carpentry

.Bob was most accommodating, this is our only bathroom and on all but two occasions whenever he had to remove the toilet he replaced it at the end of the day. He was more than willing to work with us, he built in a wall cabinet I had repurposed and installed decorative talavera tile and sink I provided. He brought in the electrician and plumber without any delay for both the initial rough installation and the final finish work and he worked with the tile setter, who was unbelievably particular. All the work turned out beautifully. The few snags he ran into (this is a 100+ year old house) he took care of immediately and well. The only minor downside was he was somewhat optimistic as to when he could start so it all began somewhat later than we initially thought. We were not under any deadline so it was not an issue. Throughout the entire project everything was kept as contained as humanly possible. I was expecting a much bigger 'mess' as the house is so old and it's all plaster. Even having to have the wet tile saw inside the house because of the frigid temps was not a problem. The entire project took 3 weeks to complete which I didn't think was excessive at all considering it was taken down to the studs and subfloor and an entire doorway was moved over.
