Our biggest complaint was the communication. After out initial meeting with them, we were told they would get back to us. As time went on and we didn't hear from them, we called. turned out they had designed our kitchen without consulting with us about what we wanted. They didn't ask us questions about what we would like that I think the contractor should think of that the average person doesn't think of. Such as the height of your cabinets or the depths of your drawers. There were a total of three cabinets built wrong and had to be rebuilt. In my opinion, they were also installed too high, but that was never discussed. Never thought of it. The job was not finished until almost two weeks after the contract date. Having said all that, we do really like the finished product and are happy with how it turned out.

We were mostly unhappy with the communication with the company. They made decisions without making sure it was what we wanted. There were questions that arose after the process started that we felt as professionals they should have asked first. Like the height of the cupboards. There were three cupboards built wrong and had to be rebuilt, plus two others where the shelves were made the wrong length. Once they were corrected, however, they are very nice. The floor they installed is beautiful. They were two and half weeks late on the finish date. That was also very frustrating, as there were days that no one would be here working with no explanation as to why.
