No one actually answers the phone at Basten's office. It's been a month since I sent my bills to them for the repairs/replacement of damaged equipment. We paid our down-payment and final bill immediately. Wish I was getting the same courtesy."

"I requested the removal of a set of vertical blinds, replace with brackets and help hang the new curtains on the 12? rod. Install a roller shade on a standard window, remove/install two bathroom faucets and fix an interior door knob. He took care of everything I requested and he even replaced the leaky p-trap when he was replacing a bathroom faucet! He also cleaned up after he was done, and put things back under the bathroom sinks. Even better, no pets escaped the house! I will be hiring him for other projects!"
