"This company ranks the highest with me. From the initial measuring and estimate, to the installation, and then a minor manufacturing issue, I could not be happier with choosing Superior to install my windows. It took me almost 6 months of research before finally pulling the trigger to hire Superior. I went overboard and got estimates from 9 different businesses. They used different window manufacturers and for one reason or other (my comfort with the business, quality of window or cost), all were eventually crossed off the list. In a last ditch attempt to find other service providers before having to settle for someone I already crossed off, I stumbled upon Superior! When I called to set up my measurement appointment I found out that they used a window I was already well educated on, and was on the top of my list! Ryan came out to measure, he was very knowledgeable, personable, and I felt comfortable with him. He was going to be doing the actual installation as well. When I received the quote, it was $2,500 less than an identical quote from another installer. I was already sold on the product, felt comfortable with who was going to be doing the install, it was a no brainer to go with Superior. The windows were ordered, installation was scheduled once they came in, and the whole process was flawless! Once Ryan started working, it was very obvious he is a perfectionist. The sliding door and windows were installed perfectly. I did find a scratch on the glass of one of the windows, and the office manager Stephanie, came out to inspect it and ordered a new window pane for me and then came to install it once it arrived. Ryan and Stephanie had really made this big purchase happen for me with very little effort on my part. They have handled every little issue that came up to my complete satisfaction with great professionalism. I would love to hire Superior for additional work I was to complete in my house!"

"The job started out with some drywall repair but ended up requiring painting as well. Chris fully explained the process up front and did tell us that we might need painting. We were very impressed with every aspect of the job, the guys were very clean and respectful of our home. "Things started very slowly for us, because of constant rain in the beginning and then one or two of the guys were out sick or injured (not work related). But, once things got under way, everything went really well. First of all, our house is three stories tall and the garage is not attached, also the homes in this neighborhood are quite close to each other, so there wasn't a lot of space on the sides of the house for working. The stucco work made it so that you couldn't even see where the patching and repairs were. And, the painting is just beautiful. We needed some gutters replaced and they even cleaned out gutters which were not part of the job or contract. While the work was being done, there was stuff all over the yard, but at the end of each day it was all cleaned up and piled nicely. Bruce and his guys were very courteous and friendly. Whenever we brought up anything that we felt needed doing, they always took care of it. They never gave us some reason why it couldn't be done. As the work went along we discovered that a ceiling had fallen down in a sleeping porch that we just used for storage. It turned out that water was coming in from poor roofing that had been done years before. After first trying to calk it and finding out that didn't work, we had Bruce repair that section of the roof. So that was a completely separate job and the room is now dry and being brought back into working order. We were so happy with the exterior painting that we have now gone ahead to have some interior rooms redone (the walls torn out and replaced and painted.) The one bedroom that has been done is so beautiful that everyone now wants that to be their room. We went beyond what we had planned to do, so we are having to come to an end here, but we will definitely be getting Bruce back to do further work in the future."

They were very professional when scheduling the appointment, the technician was early and very receptive to what concerns we had with our roof. They formulated a report of what they performed, gave us advice on what may need to be done to the roof in the future and what he could repair on site. They also followed up with an email report of everything they did and suggestions to the roofs future needs. Excellent job, very nice, very flexible.
