"I totally forgot about the landlords requirement to get a professional cleaning before I moved out. I was reminded about this requirement 3 days before I needed to move out so I had to call everyone I could and just hope someone could help me on such a short notice. One of the places I called reccomended heavens best as a possible solution and they were indeed the solution to my problem. He squeezed me into his schedule and got it done for a solid price. Solid cleaning. Totally recommended. I took a video but apparently I can't upload that here so here's a few screenshots."

"They did an excellent job. Stains were removed and the furniture and floors looked beautiful and smelled very good. They arrived within the window of time they would, communicated very well and did all of this within the time frame they had indicated. They got to it right after we toured the rooms they were cleaning. We added a few area rugs after they arrived and it was handled without any problem. "Even though I was late looking to book someone to refinish my deck for the summer, Majic Painting came through and was able to fit me in between jobs. They showed up and took the time to tell me all about my deck -- this is a new house for me and I wasn't sure exactly what I had -- and then went out to the truck and wrote up an estimate in 10 minutes.
They scheduled me for about a week later. Day one was a pressure washing. They made sure to mask off my painted siding and the patio are under the deck. The next day they returned and sanded the entire deck to make sure all the old oil was gone. Since my deck is Brazilian Tigerwood, they couldn't just use stain -- it needed a special application of oil.
They even replaced a few trim pieces that I had knocked off and lost during winter shoveling.
They stopped by a third time to check how the finish turned out and to make sure I was happy.
Overall I can't say enough good things. The deck still looks great. Would definitely hire Majic Painting again.

"Donnie came out to look over the job and give us a price. He was on time professional, knowledgable, and sincere - my husband and I both felt very comfortable with him. He sent a written quote via email latter that day as promised. When we finally had most things out of the basement we called him back. He came out again, we added a few things to the original plan. He was reassuring that he could start on our desired date and that we would be happy with his workers. They came on our desired day to start. We were skeptical but hopeful. By the end of the first day we were thrilled with all the workers! No way we could have hoped for better. Norma the team leader was unbelievable working alongside  the men with suits and masks in hot summer weather. They were prompt everyday and worked hard and quickly and were neat and clean.  Everything was just right when they left. I highly recommend MasterCat if you need mold remediation and want your property treated like it was theirs. "
