Matt came well equipped in his sample van to our home and produced several options for our two flooring projects. He listened to us and offered suggestions based on our comments after seeing the projects. The two install teams (one per project) were very competent, clean and friendly. Floor Coverings International is a perfect company to do business with.

Overall, the floors came out nice, but customer service and attention to detail were very lacking. The installer arrived late every single day, and there was no final walk-through when the project was done by the project manager. Several things were missed and needed to be corrected over the course of a couple additional visits. In fact, there is still one thing that has not been corrected several weeks later. We also never received a phone call from the company once the project was done to ask us if we liked it or if anything needed to be fixed.

Vsry professional people and they did a grear job installing our new carpet.

Sales person was very helpful in assisting to pick out flooring to match existing woodwork and furnishings. Installers were competent, friendly and centered around making sure we were satisfied and happy with the product and work. We would definitely recommend them.

This team gets customer service from the initial sales call, to the installation to the final inspection. This is a small local business that understands and epitomizes that taking care of the customer is the most important thing they do. Great employees and great product! I highly recommend them for any flooring need. This is the third time we have used them.

Everyone at Flooring International is professional and prompt. True craftsmanship was evident throughout the complete replacement with vinyl plank flooring on the entire first floor of our one hundred year old home. I highly recommend them for all of your flooring needs.

Truly blew us a away with entire project. They replaced carpet with laminate floor, replaced stairs carpeting and put rubber flooring in workout room.

Floor Coverings International did an outstanding job in carpeting my primary bedroom and adjacent closet. We ran into a minor hiccup but FCI corrected it quickly and finished the job to perfection. I even received a beautiful floral arrangement as a thank you from them when everything was complete.

We had a very positive experience with this company. They replaced the carpet in our basement and installed new baseboards. They were prompt, punctual and easy to communicate with. We're very happy with the job they did. We would certainly recommend them.

Everything -- from the detailed initial consultation with Matt, to the installation/finishing work by Lou and Eric, to the frequent site visits by project manager Michelle, to the unexpected discoveries and problem-solving along the way, to follow-up work after the project -- was handled in a completely professional, personalized, hands-on way. The finished wood floors are beautiful and we will definitely go back to Floor Coverings International next time we need any type of floor work done. Thanks all!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with this franchise of Floor Coverings International. From the moment Matt (the owner) answered their phone to the moment Michelle just left they have been nothing but professional and a pleasure to work with. As I am in a wheelchair I needed to have the floors redone in my entire apartment. Once they set a time and date for the appointment they actually showed up when they were supposed to, unlike several other companies I tried to get out here to quote my job. Once Robert came out and we talked more about what I was looking for he went down to his van and brought back multiple samples of the products we had spoken about. In this case carpeting in the bedrooms and vinyl plank with a hardwood look finish everywhere else. After looking at colors we didn't really see anything that I liked, so once again he went back down to his van and brought up more samples. We finally settled on the carpet and flooring that I wanted a bid for. He then used his high tech measuring gadget, which was good as I have some quirky walls, to measure everything out. By the time he left the parking lot (10 minutes later) I had a firm quote in my e-mail from him. This is unlike some of the larger companies who if I could get to come see me I couldn't get a quote from them because they were "to busy". To shorten this up they came and put in the flooring and did a marvelous job. Their workers were courteous, showed up on time and did a wonderful job. Both Michelle, the project manager and Robert their sales person were here every day to check on progress and make sure I was being accommodated. Once again, I cannot stress how impressed I am with this company and all of their employees. If you live in the greater Milwaukee area do not hesitate to contact them and see what I mean.
