I was reminded about this requirement 3 days before I needed to move out so I had to call everyone I could and just hope someone could help me on such a short notice. One of the places I called reccomended heavens best as a possible solution and they were indeed the solution to my problem. He squeezed me into his schedule and got it done for a solid price. "They did an excellent job. Stains were removed and the furniture and floors looked beautiful and smelled very good. They arrived within the window of time they would, communicated very well and did all of this within the time frame they had indicated. They got to it right after we toured the rooms they were cleaning. We added a few area rugs after they arrived and it was handled without any problem. We felt they were very trustworthy and would definately hire again."

"This was an AngiesList Big Deal I think for $99, but I paid a bit more
for the 1/2 room (a 4-room package) & some extra (allergy-related?) additive.  Service guy was not pushy about
extras, and very fast in doing the work. Two things -1) soon afterwards
my carpet (sort of industrial-style) rose up away from the floor in
parallel ripples a couple inches high.  I was alarmed and called the
owner, Jon.  He had heard of this happening before, said to wait another
day or two, that it should recede back again.  He was right and
everything looked perfect in 3 days.  2-3 stains from cat throw-up
(lighter in color) did reappear in a few weeks, but I hear from others,
this reappearance is common even with a good cleaning.  I could have
opted for "tough stain removal" addition, but did not.  Maybe next time.

"Donnie came out to look over the job and give us a price. He was on time professional, knowledgable, and sincere - my husband and I both felt very comfortable with him. He sent a written quote via email latter that day as promised. When we finally had most things out of the basement we called him back. He came out again, we added a few things to the original plan. He was reassuring that he could start on our desired date and that we would be happy with his workers. They came on our desired day to start. We were skeptical but hopeful. By the end of the first day we were thrilled with all the workers! No way we could have hoped for better. Norma the team leader was unbelievable working alongside  the men with suits and masks in hot summer weather.
