"They did an excellent job. Stains were removed and the furniture and floors looked beautiful and smelled very good. They arrived within the window of time they would, communicated very well and did all of this within the time frame they had indicated. They got to it right after we toured the rooms they were cleaning. We added a few area rugs after they arrived and it was handled without any problem. "Recently, the corner of a
bathroom ceramic floor tile and that of a slate hearth tile were chipped which I did not notice for a while after they finished, so I haven't mentioned it and can't say for sure, yet it may have been from a metal vacuum attachment?  Otherwise, they've always been excellent and very gracious, but are getting harder to book for seasonal cleanings if you're not a regular customer. Wish I could have them every month.

"When I called the company they came out the same day.  After accessing the situation they moved all of the furniture and games from the affected room.  After removing the wet carpeting the crew washed and sanitized the floor and set huge fans around the room.  They came back a day later to check that everything was dry.  It was an excellent job and we were most relieved that we had no mold developing.  Hope we don't have anymore flooding but if we do we'd be sure to call "The Master Cats"."
