They arrived within the window of time they would, communicated very well and did all of this within the time frame they had indicated. They got to it right after we toured the rooms they were cleaning. We added a few area rugs after they arrived and it was handled without any problem. We felt they were very trustworthy and would definately hire again."

bathroom ceramic floor tile and that of a slate hearth tile were chipped which I did not notice for a while after they finished, so I haven't mentioned it and can't say for sure, yet it may have been from a metal vacuum attachment?  Otherwise, they've always been excellent and very gracious, but are getting harder to book for seasonal cleanings if you're not a regular customer. Wish I could have them every month.
