Very punctual

Roger Fisher was very prompt and courteous when he came for the estimate appointment. He arrived as arranged to clean the carpets. We had had an unexpected occurrence the week prior to the cleaning- apuuoy with diarrhea. His cleaning method removed all evidence of multiple accidents. We are very satisfied with his work and have recommended him to friends and neighbors already.

Roger was prompt contacting me after submitting my inquiry for service. He worked with our schedule and showed up on time the day we had agreed on. He went to work right away and explained his process and procedure to mitigate the carpet odor. A few days after the work was completed he reached back out to us to make sure the mitigation was up to our standards. Roger was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire job. We would definitely recommend Country Charm, and will use the services if needed in the future.
