I found a stone that I liked but it was not the color I wanted. So they actually did a custom stone for me. I have recommended them to our neighbors who are building a new house.

- Outdoor ConceptsJoe and Company Outdoor Concepts came out to our site, assessed our needs and developed a plan of attack that would give us the most bang for the buck. He then set a time table for moving forward, and let me know, what I needed to do to make sure the site was ready to go when he arrived. The materials were delivered, and Joe arrived with the crew and in short order built three very impressive stone retaining walls, two on the south side of our home and one on the east. The east retaining wall was built with the idea in mind of creating a future water feature. We are hoping to have him back out later this summer to do that. Having seen other water features that he has done, we are really looking forward to the transformation that can only add to his already beautiful work. With the plantings that were tastefully added last fall, the wall and plants are really the focal point of our yard. We couldn't be more please with the process, and the outcome. Joe listened to what we were asking for, and delivered in a big way

"I had an old asphalt driveway. Due to the grading slope to the street the previous installer had inserted a hump at the garage door. This kinda worked but when heavy rains came the water would go over the hump and into the garage . Lived with that for 30 years. Finally needed a new driveway and 2 asphalt companies came out. One was going to keep the hump and the other said they couldn't do it because of the slope. years earlier had john's company installed steps and a stoop. That has held up great and I always thought the concrete work was excellent. Called his company and found they are driveway specialists. Kyle came out and went over the options and gave me a very detailed explanation of why their company is so great. He also said they could get rid of the hump. I was doubtful but he was adamant they could do it. I hired them and they set me up to see online the scheduling and was able to send messages and photos to their operations people. It was really professional and extremely organized. The tearout and base prep went great. The person doing the base prep explained to me in detail how he was setting the slope drainage, etc. I was concerned about the drainage he explained how he had incorporated a swale into and how the water would flow. Concrete pour was done on the scheduled day and the people were awesome. It was a challenge as there were boulder retaining walls on each side. It looked like a lot of hard work. Bottom line, the driveway is awesome. 2 weeks later A 3 inch rain in less than an hour and a half and not a drop of water in the garage. The driveway drains exactly, I mean exactly as the layout person and the head concrete person said it would. I was impressed that the layout and the actual team executing the concrete work nailed it. The asphalt bid was 8500, the concrete was 11,800. I feel the value is exceptional. I get lots of compliments on the driveway. I suggest talking with them. If you have a difficult situation these guys can solve it and seem to really relish the challenge.

"Our 14 year old landscape/beds were weedy and overgrown. The previous owners finished the lawn 'in a pinch' and neglected to put any fabric down in the flower beds. Mulch rarely stayed where it was laid due to the wind we sometimes experience. Pro's Touch stripped the mulch, overgrown shrubs and plants, leaving the nicer ones and moving some to fill in open spots. Heavy fabric was laid down and river rock installed. The cost of landscaping hurts, but the Pro's Touch estimate was close to half of the other two we contacted. The workers were professional and friendly.
