Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

My only warning would be: When they give you a quote on the phone it may not be the same as when they arrive and measure. I have wool carpet and there was a significant difference in pricing, almost double. I had taken the day off to accommodate the carpet cleaning so I did proceed. The carpets look great, but I think I paid too much."
