If you are still interested in a free estimate, please feel free to contact our offices at 815-547-0159. Thank you." So, was that so hard? I'm not impressed and not inclined to call them. First impressions matter!"

Rich provided me advice via phone on multiple occasions, told me what to look for and assured me that the other company was following industry standards.
