Great service!

Everything went smoothly. Very professional!

Technician was very thorough in his equipment check. He explained everything that he was doing and the results. He even wore "booties" when he came into our house. Our AC/Furnace is 15+ years old. Carew has come out annually (spring/fall) to do the cleaning. I feel that this has prolonged the life of our units.

It went great. Service Technician is very knowledgeable and professional. The respect your property. They always wear shoe covers if walking on carpet.

Arrived when scheduled - polite - kept me informed as to progress.  Price was better than another one I checked.  Explained how to use remote heating/cooling system.  Cleaned area up when finished.  Very pleased with employees.

Installers arrived on time, work efficiently and completed the job on time.

Mark Carew and all of his associates are very hard workers and easy to work with. They do excellent work and seem to take pride in what they do.

Carew installed new furnace, central air, and duct work about 5 years ago.  I have had them do other work since then.  During the initial install I had them refrain from some work because an area was still under construction.  They said they would come back and install it when I was ready(I paid for the work on the initial contract)..  5 years later, I asked them to install the duct work and before I had a chance to remind them of the agreement they remembered and were there promptly and finished the work. They have always been honest, professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with.  Would not hesitate to recommend them and I will continue to use them for routine maintenance or repair.

It was mid-winter (AC had been acting up previous summer) and they said the AC would need more freon than they could put in with the cold conditions. ( I forgot about the freon thing until the summer when the AC stopped working. I called, they were out within hours and charged the AC as they said they would when installed. Polite, well-spoken, great knowledge and reliable.

Lorn, did a very good job, and made sure I understood how the system worked before he left for the day.

The installer was on time and installation was completed just as described.

They were wonderful! Helped us secure financing and even sent in our rebate info for us - timely, friendly and cleaned up all the mess!

He arrived as promised.  He went right to work, found the issue quickly & fixed it very quickly also.  However, he did forget to turn on the furnace switch & left.  He had to come back to turn everything back on.  However, even when he came back, he arrived quickly & took care of the issue right away.

The people from the company, from the owner to the workers, were very considerate of my time. From what I can see, they did high quality work. The owner said it would be a two day job, which it was. The workers worked straight on through when they were here. When I asked questions, they answered in Laymans terms.

Two guys, arrived right on time,were very polite, courteous, was well versed on the unit and install. Explained unit and thermostat in detail and did excellent work!

They called to remind me yesterday of the appointment. This afternoon, they showed up right on time. TJ went right to work. I went down after 30 minutes to ask TJ some questions regarding the furnace. He was able to not only explain what he did but also showed me. He took the time to explain what I needed and how I could save some money. The project lasted about an hour, including the questions I had. I take a lot of pride in my home and I feel comfortable having them come back.

Mark, the owner, was great. The installation was quick and the service was wonderful. Great service!

This company is wonderful! They called the day before service to remind me of the appointment, the office staff is knowledgable and friendly and if the answer to a question is not known, they ALWAYS call back with an answer. The 2 gentlemen that cleaned my drier vent and heating vents were well-groomed, polite, pleasant and extremely patient. As a recent widow, there are many questions I had re: furnace maintenance and vents and they answered all questions politely and to my satisfaction. This was my second experience with this company. The first was on a Sunday with temps in the high 90s. I called the office, expecting to leave a voicemail message for Monday. To my surprise, the phone was answered by the owner. I explained that my air conditioner had quit working. His first questions were re: the respiratory and cardiac health of the occupants of the house. I was amazed! I told him Monday would be fine, but later that day the owner called and stopped by and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. There was no up-charge for a Sunday call. I love these people!

Workers arrived on time, were considerate, finished the job early, cleaned up after themselves. Furnace works great so far (10 days).
