"Most of the employees were conscientious Work lasted about a week and was the installation of a waterproofing system in my interior basement. The cement over the drain is very uneven with the existing flooring in much of the area. No way could carpet be used after this. Anyone contemplating this same kind of work should specify floor must be level and ask to see actual material covering the walls, not just pictures to avoid surprises. Clearly much of my disappointment would have been avoided if I had been more fastidious in my specifications and investigations."

"Rich Reimer inspected our basement for suspected mold. It turns out we do not have a mold problem but Rich spent more than half an hour testing our sump pump (it doesn't work) and advising us to get a basement specialist in because he noticed a gap between our basement walls and floor where moisture (and resulting minteral stains) is causing problems. Rich also noticed roots coming from the drain pipes that feed water to the sump pump. I expected to pay something for the inspection and advice but Rich refused. He was extremely professional, knowledeagle and, obviously, ethical. I would not hesitate to use Rich in the future or to recommend his company to anybody in need of mold remediation. By the way, Rich was also very good with our wound-up golden lab retreiver! "
I initially had a poor interaction with Mike that did not result in solving the above plumbing problem above. However, he has since connected with me and resolved the issue fairly. He did an excellent job the first time I hired him (successfully unclogging a tub drain). Even though the second time we hired him was not successful (and we had to hire a second plumber to resolve the problem) we will use him in the future because he reached out to resolve our concerns in a professional manner.
