"I am highly satisfied with the quality of work, and very pleased with the flooring job done. Meticulous attention to detail, insuring high quality level of work. Very knowledgeable in other areas, ie had problem with leaking dishwasher and took time to address that problem (discovered when dishwasher moved to correctly place the laminate.). Very pleasant, kept me informed, and extremely timely in getting job done. Would definitely use again and highly recommend. Went above and beyond to insure excellent quality of job."

While a knee kicker can provide some limited stretching for thinner carpets, it is not a proper substitute. Attempting to stretch a carpet by hand or with homemade tools can also shorten its lifespan. For the best results, you should buy or rent a stretcher. If you do not want to use a stretcher, it is better to hire a professional for the installation.

There are a couple of color options to consider when installing carpet in high-traffic areas (like entrances and stairways). Medium-toned colors and patterned carpets can work well in these parts of your home because dirt and stains can blend in easily. Dark carpets will also conceal marks and spills, but they show lint and other light-colored debris. Consider a medium brown or tan for your high-traffic areas. Either way, it’s best to avoid paler shades, like white and cream, which get dirty easily.
