"I contacted Four Seasons Flooring to provide to help us select high quality wooden floors to upgrade the floors in our cottage. Ray Poetzl proprietor of Four-Season flooring helped me with selection of wood flooring, provided a quote for installation and detailed exactly the services to be provided (materials, labor, estimated time to complete the job). They did what I expected, and all looks great. Their quote was excellent. Overall, I am were extremely satisfied with the results. The installation was done in a timely manner. If a buyer pays for a survey, the surveyor they hired will only provide results to them. It’s up to the buyer whether they share the survey results with the seller or not, even if they ultimately walk away from the deal.
