I contacted Four Seasons Flooring to provide to help us select high quality wooden floors to upgrade the floors in our cottage. Ray Poetzl proprietor of Four-Season flooring helped me with selection of wood flooring, provided a quote for installation and detailed exactly the services to be provided (materials, labor, estimated time to complete the job). They did what I expected, and all looks great. Their quote was excellent. Overall, I am were extremely satisfied with the results. The installation was done in a timely manner. I would use Four Seasons Flooring again for any future work I plan.

We wanted to use remnants to do a patch job after a basement flood. No other business I called directly would give access to their installer list because I wasnâ t buying carpet from them. This one called me the same day, booked a date, and followed through. I did not know the final price until it was done, but it was fair, based on time and materials. I appreciated not only the installerâ s competence but especially the business ownerâ s communication and follow through.

Came to help me out in a bind on short noticed and fixed dog damaged carpet. Wonderful service. Great folks!!!!!

They were wonderful! Compared cost to a local carpet company and 4 seasons was about 15% less in cost. The product is beautiful, installation excellent, and on top of that they were very considerate as I was home sick for the days that they were here. Highly recommend - at least for LVP.

I contacted Ray based on the reviews, it is a **Veteran** owned company and listed here. He even came on a Sunday for measurements. He was given. $1500 deposit on Dec. 15th, I had to contact him Dec.27th. He said **shipping** was slow during the holidays. AGAIN I contacted him via text, 3 phone calls and through the most famous social media messaging app. NO return contact. I did see on Facebook that they are **moving** and there was a sale starting Jan4th. I take it that they are going out of business and are trying to liquidate. I am beyond frustrated and angry. I needed the installation for my handicapped father who is moving in with me...a Veteran. I am really hoping I can get a resolution that is satisfactory through Home Advisor. ***UPDATE: A week after this review, I got a text saying that they had everything and were ready to schedule the install. No apology or anything. The Lady and Gentleman who actually came to do the install were very professional and very good at their job. They took their time with the littlest details. They brought an envelope with the invoice of the remaining balance with a note that thanked us for our patience. The two installers did mention they had just gotten an earful from other clients. The installers said it was due to the location move that there was the â lapseâ in communication. Iâ m still very annoyed, but I really like the people who did the install. We need more flooring but Iâ m gun shy about this company now.
