"They did a good job. She had to submit like a photo but my daughter had them work on the central are of the loft. The deal was for one room. She got a lot of good ideal from her and it was worth it for her. They were professional and I did not hear anything negative."

"The father and son trio made getting my roof done easier. They explain what was going on and how it's being done so I could understand. They just all around went above and beyond any other company I had talked to. The Father and Son Trio is worth hiring and I would recommend and use them in the future."

"I cannot say enough good things about Rich and his crew at Custom Craft Environmental. After having our sump get overwhelmed by 7+ inches of rain, we were lost. Made several calls to "national" water clean up companies with no reason. Rich was at our house 2 hrs after we called and his crew was there the next morning. They were efficient, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, punctual. Price was good and work was excellent. We highly, highly recommend."

"We bought a project home near Minocqua and, after a lot of searching, decided to take a chance on a newer company in the area, ABC Home Expert, for a full gut remodel. Best decision we could’ve made! The transformation is unbelievable. From the very beginning, the team made everything easy. They created 3D designs of the entire house, helped us pick out materials in their showroom, and kept us in the loop the whole way through. Jackie was absolutely amazing with updates, always friendly and such a pleasure to work with! I will miss her and our daily chats a lot ❤️Kate is a tough cookie, she’s straightforward, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable whenever big decisions came up. The entire process was well organized and stayed right on schedule. The crews worked hard, paid attention to every detail, and in just three months basically rebuilt our entire home—HVAC, plumbing, electrical, walls, floors, everything. It’s honestly hard to believe it’s the same house we started with. We’re beyond happy with how it turned out and would 100% recommend ABC Home Expert to anyone. Even though they’re new to the area, they clearly know what they’re doing , and truly brought our vision to life. 10🌟"

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel questions, answered by experts

Depending on its size and the quality of the installation, a floating vanity can hold up to 220 pounds. The total weight it holds includes the countertop, sink, and anyone resting on the vanity as they wash their face or brush their teeth. Be sure to talk with your contractor and check the manufacturer’s specifications to determine how much weight your vanity can take.

You can install coffered ceilings in any room where the existing ceiling structure can support the additional weight and provide enough clearance. However, you’ll often see them in living rooms, dens, kitchens, bedrooms, home offices, libraries, dining rooms, and home theaters. Install a coffered ceiling wherever you want an elegant look.

In some cases, people are getting rid of bathtubs because of the floor space they gain after removal. Showers can make more efficient use of bathroom space. In some cases, people get rid of tubs for accessibility purposes. It can be difficult for some individuals to step into and out of a tub. For these people, a shower with no lip or step is safer and easier to use than a tub.

The order of your bathroom renovation should prevent damage to the completed work. Start with demolition and removing the old fixtures. Then, address structural repairs or water damage, if needed. Next, tackle the rough-in phase for plumbing and electrical work, install waterproofing, and work on wall treatments like tile or paint. Install your shower or bathtub, toilet, vanity, and sink. Flooring goes in after major fixtures but before the toilet. Lastly, install new lighting fixtures, mirrors, and other finishing touches as desired.

A powder room cannot have a bath. If it had a bath, it would likely be considered a three-quarter bath or full bath, depending on the other features. You might hear the term “powder room” used to describe a bathroom used by guests, but it wouldn’t technically be a powder room. However, powder rooms or half baths are ideal for guests because they can use it without entering the more private areas of the home.
