"Hired Tyler Moore architect to design a moderately sized detached garage, 26W x 28 L. I sent Tyler my mock-ups and sketches and he took over to design the garage. Tyler verified all of the zoning, building codes, and other requirements so I would not have any issues building the garage. The garage design was perfect, the garage build is underway August 2026. Tyler pulled permit as well. In addition, a bazillion calls were necessary to Tyler during the garage build to help me wade through the minutiae while the guys were building the garage. Tyler checked even more specs for those questions and provided confirmation for my questions. The cost structure is superb by all means. I ave an additional construction project of an R2 property pending in the next year or two. Tyler will be on board for that project. "Standard work, the fertilizer and weed treatment was outstanding. Very efficient and effective. The aeration and seeding were another issue. Required multiple phone calls and monitoring. It would seem that the staff have communication and followthrough problems when there is a variation from standard. I wanted only one section of the lawn to have a double aeration and seeding. That took four phone calls to get done. Aeration was supposed to be done and was not for several weeks during the extended dry spell. Was told to water the lawn for twenty minutes and they would be there on Monday. Spent the weekend moving a sprinkler around the 1/4+ acre lot to meet the specs. No one came for the next entire week! Called again on Friday and finally showed up on the next Monday. Have signed a contract for both aeration, weed treatment, and fertilizer for 2018 because was very happy with the basic package. But if there are similar problems with the aeration next year, will not be renewing for 2019"
