I was told that it cannot be fixed and they then changed my filter, that was changed 2 months ago, and left a device, hanging by a wire and taken apart. This would not be a location I would call on again. I have had to pay someone to fix their work. I have sent a letter with my concern, but have not heard from them. Considering the quality of the work, I don’t expect to hear from them."
