I had hired them to cut down a tree and grind 5 stumps. I told them I would clean up the tree myself and they only needed to knock it down. 4 months, 1400 dollars, and 6 phone calls later there are still two stumps in my yard and Monster tree continues not to respond. Do not use them. Ever.

By FAR, the best quote and thorough job completed. Monster Tree Service even returned after the ground thawed in Spring to grind the stump, as promised at the time of original quote and service, without me ever needing to contact them to inquire. I can not recommend them any higher than 5 stars or I would have.

They gave me a very fair price on trimming my tree and the workmen were not only so polite and professional, they did an extremely good job on trimming my huge maple tree and they cleaned the yard up to perfection when they were done. I will hire them again when the time comes to take the tree down in a few years.

These guys are the greatest. Very professional and friendly. Got quotes back promptly and were in line with other tree services I've dealt with in the past. They were on the job quickly with new, clean equipment that is obviously very well maintained. The job the did cleaning up my yard was impeccable. Because of the storm we had a couple of weeks ago I had two extra trees knocked down. When the crew came to do the original work they also gave me a price for the extra trees. That way they could do all the work at the same time. The price was right and the crew did a very good job.
