Bob's Quality Heating & Cooling

Requested help with my air flow to the upstairs. It used to work well, but in the last year something had changed. I was told that it cannot be fixed and they then changed my filter, that was changed 2 months ago, and left a device, hanging by a wire and taken apart. This would not be a location I would call on again. I have had to pay someone to fix their work. I have sent a letter with my concern, but have not heard from them. Considering the quality of the work, I don’t expect to hear from them.

I have been using them between my house and my fathers for many years. They were very knowledgeable, dependable, they showed up, explained all the options.

I wasn't thrilled, what was working, it broke. And they basically told me that I needed to replace the whole unit because they couldn't replace the one piece.

I called them out to fix the issue, and they basically weren't going to do it and I felt like I was being raked over the coals. I've used them for years, and this is the first time I've had an issue. 

I could not have been happier with the work that Bob's Quality Heating and Cooling did for me.  The price was right in line with what I had budgeted.  The guys that did the work, actually did some of the framing around some of the ceiling duct work for me.  They were right on time and even finished early.  I was late getting back home, so they waited and walked me through what they did.  I would definitely work with this company again.

First time an A/C unit installed in this 100 year old home. The Goodman 2.5ton A/C unit matched the Goodman furnace installed in 2011. Recommend the Goodman brand for furnace & AC in they are dependable & run quite we cannot say the same for the Trane units in our other home.
Bob's is a family owned company with hands on management.
 Bob's was able to install the unit where we wanted it when others said no to the same location. The team from Bob's are respectful of property, skilled & knowledgable in their trade. They are professional and were enjoyable to work with.
Seriously need to talk to these folks about your heating & cooling project.

My husband was home for the installation. They should up right on time and finished a little early. There were two men there to install the new and remove the old. They showed how to use the new thermostat and answered my husband's questions. It has been four days and everything seems to be working great.

The technician called on his way and was on time. He recommended a different large filter that just fit our unit instead of the old pleated type which I really appreciate as it is much, much easier to change. Our cold winter caused some leaking in the ac from loose joints whichhe fixed and topped off.2 hours plus parts was 205 which I felt was reasonable. We will have them service next year. Units are 25 years old.

AWESOME, Todd is not only friendly but honest and truthful about what you need and why, the installers were so pleasant and professional that after the first time there I let them have a key. My father trusted by this company when I was a kid and I didn't know it but now I swear by them!

The experience with Bob's Quality Heating and Air Conditioning Inc went very good. I would highly recommend them. Last August we had a furnace and an air conditioner installed by them. We had been living in a rental for a while and the landlord had called Bob's Quality in to fix something there, and we were very impressed with their honesty and everything. So we decided when we bought our house we would use them. We've been very pleased with them. They seem very honest, and they do good work. It is nice to have somebody that you are comfortable with that they are not trying to rip you off. The prices seem to be comparable to other people, from what I have heard in the area. I've heard a lot of horror stories about lots of other A/C people that have installed inferior products - or didn't stand behind their products. These guys have always been good. They've always stood behind all the work that they've done. If we ever have any problems they come right back and take care of it. The nice thing is, very seldom have we ever had a problem. Everything has always worked really good. That winter when we turned the furnace on to start heating, the furnace wouldn't work and there was one of these electronic control things. They came in the middle of the night to fix it, and it turned out to be a manufacturer's fault. We haven't had any problems since then. It was nice to know that, if you do have a problem, they stand behind their work. They were there at 11 o'clock at night to take care of the problem and make sure it worked so that we would have heat.

Bob's was great. I would recommend them to anyone that asked.

Furnace quit working Christmas Eve. Tech showed up in 20 min. Found that some of the air switches were clogged and blew a small fuse on the circiut board. He changed the fuse, cleaned out switches, tested the rest of the system, and then cleaned out the rest of the entire furnace. He also showed me what switches and hoses to periodiclly clean and inspect so I don't have the same problem again in the future.

I was very pleased with the work which took 3 days to complete. The workers took time to discuss what would work best and why, and were open to suggestions. They were efficient and friendly. If there was any complaint, it was that there were a couple of areas where they didn't clean up as much as I would have liked, but it was a simple matter I could handle myself. I didn't contact the company about it.

I referred them to a neighbor and they installed a new furnace for her.

Got a quote from the owner, Todd Nenning, when our 30 year-old furnace started to fail. Roughly a month after the quote, the work was performed within a week from me setting up the appointment. In addition to doing good work and keeping the price the same as the quote, the company was very prompt and professional. They cleaned up all the mess and took away the old furnace. So far, we are quite happy with the performance of the new one while running the AC...the cold Wisconsin winters will be a good test on the heating. I highly recommend them. P.S. They even sent a nice thank you card ...don't see that very often.

I am very satisfied with them. They were prompt and if he quotes me, that is what it is. Their prices are competitive. I will continue to use them.

I own 9 rental properties. I use Bob's Heating for all the work on the properties because they have done good work for me in the past, and I will continue to use them. They are fair. If there is a problem they will take care of it. If it is their fault, they will not charge me. I use them for annual check ups, for problems and if I have new units installed. The price is fair. They are not cheap and they are not expensive.
