I called Bruce to get an estimate to trim two cedar trees. He was at my house in 15 min. Gave me a verbal quote. He said he was booked through October, but would fit me in Aug. 29. He sent over the written quote when he said he would. He confirmed the date and time and was here when he said he would be. I was very impressed how Bruce was prompt in giving me an estimate. He was quick and was eager to do the work I needed done. He answers the phone and returns calls, unlike other tree services I have used in the past. Both Bruce and Heather did a great job in taking down a willow tree. I cannot stress enough how pleased I am with their cleanup of the tree and debris removal. Bruce came back and removed 4 stumps at a later date, and also did a great job cleaning up the yard. All the work they performed was top notch. The price was reasonable, and they did exactly what they said they would do. Exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to call them again and will use them for tree maintenance in the future!

Bruce came to our house well equipped to safely bring down two giant dead maples that were at risk of coming down on our power line and LP tank. He did an excellent job. I highly recommend B&H for their skill and professionalism.

We were very pleased with our stump removal from B & H Tree Service, LLC and felt it was a good value. From the beginning, communication was great. On the day of removal, everything was cleaned up and grass seed put down. We didn't have to do anything! Bruce is an exceptional serviceman. He listens to your request and he advises when there is an issue you are unaware of. He has the mechanical aptitude and creative bent to perform the work on your LAND to make it look like he painted the yard with his creative talent. I would advise you to hire this man because he bids a fair price and is reliable and showed up daily when he committed to do the job. He is the best worker we have had so far on our new home projects. He is now our annual tree-man in charge of caring for our property trees.

I had 5 sizable trees removed from my property and the stumps busted down. I couldnâ t be more happy with the how everything turned out. The machinery B&H utilizes limits the impact on your yard and made the process much faster and efficient. B&H was timely, responsive and did excellent work. Trimmed some fruit trees.

Spent this morning with Bruce and Brian from B&H Tree Service from Portage. They did an AMAZING job removing a tall, dead oak tree that was crowding a lovely white pine and threatening the water pump and propane tank area. Had the best equipment to lift and place that huge thing on the ground. Then proceeded to cut all the wood to "splitter size" for us, then cleared the branches and leaves from that tree and another huge branch that came down in another area. SO Satisfied with their work. Highly recommended!

Removed large tree and did it during a sleet and snowy day. Very satisfied with work.
