"Gerry is an exceptional contractor and exceptional human being. As newer homeowners and inexperienced handy persons, Gerry went out of his way to explain processes and provide thoughtful insight into the work being completed. He has a great relationship with his subcontractors and that was prominent when issues arose as they were quickly fixed. We provided Gerry with a professional drawing of the basement and he provided his thoughts and made quality improvements without changing the overall layout. Our basement was built during the COVID pandemic and Gerry stored masks and disinfectant directly outside our front door so all parties involved felt comfortable and safe. During the initial quote was honest about the supply chain disruption and the potential for delay in supplies. Overall, it was fantastic to have an individual flexible and accommodating to the changing environment. The quality of finished basement exceeded our expectations by far.
