"We had great service from Seth and his crew. Our sump pumps were running almost 24/7. Seth came over right away when I first contacted him and gave us great cost effective suggestions. After they were done, the problems were all resolved. The work involved redirecting the drainage from all our downspouts, installing yards of drain pipes and some catch basins, regrading and re-seeding the yard all around the house, They also helped us with our many â While-youâ re-at-itsâ . I initially had a poor interaction with Mike that did not result in solving the above plumbing problem above. However, he has since connected with me and resolved the issue fairly.  He did an excellent job the first time I hired him (successfully unclogging a tub drain). Even though the second time we hired him was not successful (and we had to hire a second plumber to resolve the problem) we will use him in the future because he reached out to resolve our concerns in a professional manner.
